‘Proud’ to celebrate the first anniversary of the first Chinese restaurant in New York

The first Chinese food truck to be installed in the city was launched in January this year.

The food truck, called Pulsar, was set up in the Chinatown neighborhood in South New York, and is the first of its kind in the US.

Pulsing’s food will be available to customers at the restaurant from September 1.
